How do your sessions work?:
I take problems one at a time, we'll settle in and start discussing the key factors of your life: how they impact you, your reaction to them etc... through this we'll begin talking about what affects your life and how you want to change that. With this process, we'll build goals for you to meet by the next session.

What should I expect in my first session?:
The first session is always about getting to know you, we wont get into setting up goals just yet, but establish a meaningful relationship in which you will be comfortable talking about yourself.

How does setting up a timing work?:
A session needs to be during a time that is mutually convenient, all of us have previous engagements which need to be met, and a session should not be back to back with other activities. Simply text me the day before with times that work for you, and we'll select one which works for both of us.

Please include information such as a broad idea of what kind of help you are seeking, and additional contact information. If you're asking for someone else, please add what ever you deem is important for the situation.
